Shipping & Handling - within the US only. Our standard delivery method is via UPS Ground service or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges will vary based on the type of gifts purchased. Depending on the region of the country we are shipping to, expect 1 - 5 day delivery time. Please let us know if you would like to receive your gifts faster (additional charges will apply).

Product Availability - If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you immediately. Many of our gifts are handmade, so not all gifts are available for immediate shipment. Most gifts ship within 2 - 3 business days from the time we receive your order. One of a kind gifts may be limited in quantity due to available materials.

Returns - If you need to return any part of your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can make the necessary arrangements.
