the US (per address) - Our standard
delivery is via UPS Ground service
or USPS Priority Mail. We also
offer 2-Day Express and Next Day
Delivery options for an additional
charge. For orders from Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international
locations, please inquiry by phone,
as additional shipping charges
may apply.
